the driveway.

TEKA is the field app for home service crews. Talk through the job, take a few photos, and let it write a priced estimate from your own price book — then put the approved work on the schedule.

01 — How it works

Four steps, start to scheduled.

The whole point is to keep the paperwork on site instead of in the evening. Nothing here asks a tech to sit down with a laptop.

  1. 01

    Capture the job on site

Walk the property and talk it through. TEKA records your voice note, keeps the photos you take, and holds everything on the device until you have signal again.

    Mobile · offline

  2. 02

    Let TEKA draft the estimate

Your notes become a written scope of work with line items, materials and labour hours — priced from your own price book, not a guess.

    AI draft · your pricing

  3. 03

    Review, then send it

Edit anything you disagree with, then send a clean estimate by text or email. The customer reads it on their phone and approves it with one tap.

    Text · email · PDF

  4. 04

    Schedule and follow up

Approved work lands on the crew calendar with an arrival window. TEKA handles the reminder before the visit and the recap after it.

The app

Three screens carry the working day: what is on today, capture on site, and the estimate that goes out.

Today

Arrival windows, addresses and job status in the order you drive them.

Capture

Voice note and photos on the device. Works with no bars.

Estimate

A priced draft you review, adjust and send in a minute.

Why it holds up

Your price book, your margins

Import the rates you already use. TEKA prices from that list and flags anything it could not match, so nothing is invented on your behalf.

Made for basements and crawl spaces

Large tap targets, one-handed capture, and a queue that syncs the moment the signal comes back. No dead ends when the bars drop out.

A crew can learn it in a morning

Three screens: today, capture, estimates. No dashboards to configure before the first job goes out the door.

03 — FAQ

Straight answers.

Which trades is TEKA built for?

Residential and light commercial service work: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, roofing and appliance repair. If your day is a list of addresses and a truck, it fits.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Capture, photos and draft editing all run on the device. Work is queued locally and syncs when you are back on cellular or Wi-Fi.

Where do the prices in a draft come from?

From the price book you import. TEKA matches your notes to your own line items and rates, and marks anything it could not match so you can price it yourself.

Does TEKA process customer payments?

No. TEKA does not take payments, hold funds or move money. Estimates and invoices are documents you send; your customer pays you through whatever processor or bank you already use.

What data do you store?

Job notes, job photos, estimate contents, and the customer name and contact details you enter. We do not ask for social security numbers, card numbers, bank credentials or health information. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Can I import the price list I already have?

Yes, from CSV or a spreadsheet export. We will do the first import with you on the onboarding call for Crew and Shop plans.

When does it launch, and what does the waitlist get me?

Private beta invitations go out in waves to waitlist members, ordered by trade and crew size so each group gets a build that fits their work. Waitlist members get the beta free and keep launch pricing for twelve months.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from inside the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy.
